Overall most things were good at varying levels. Pool open late, activities for kids were nice when there were. View was great. Lobby is cute. Generally it was pleasant. Its not very modern but everything looks tidy and clean. Food was mostly good in breakfast The place itself is very nice so can walk around right outside the hotel.

The property though under renovation it was clean. The service provided at the reception, dining hall and housekeeping was exceptional. Breakfast was good too wide choice. Special mention of Kareen and Daria at the reception they were very helpful. We needed to extend our stay by a day. We needed to print a document. Both Kareen and Daria obliged without any hassle. We were very happy and always go back whenever we are in Jerusalem.

Everything! Super kid-friendly, the pool is amazing (see property photos if you haven't already), breakfast had an insane variety - even if they offered the half, I would still say it was an insane variety. Comfortable rooms, extra activities that we didn't participate in but they sound real nice.

The facilities are good, the area is fantastic, food really exceeded expectations but the spirit of staff is what you would expect from a Kibutz, it lacks discipline so cleaning and service was a bit lagging.

was with my family(3 kids 7, 5, and 1.5) and they had a great time enjoying the pools and water slide. and the food was great, the activities were also enjoyable(walking tour of the local archaeological site and music after Shabbat)

The property is well maintained, spacious and well located. The gym and pool were amazing. The breakfast buffet was nice and the staff accommodating

Everything I have stayed here multiple times rooms are large and airy lots of cupboard and wardrobe space has fridge and safe and hairdryer. Lots of sockets especially near bed and mirror over dressing table which is not always the case Staff are caring and fried kind regards. Pool is lovely lots of shade on grassy areas and new loungers this year

Comfortable rooms for a family. Short drive to many attractions and the resort offers more activities for free which was very nice. Nice breakfast and dinner. Very nice staff.
